I enjoy instructing Students on how to recognize mathematical operations in practical settings where they may see equations and formulae in action. I am motivated to help Students see mathematics in fresh and useful ways because I think that teachers can also learn from their pupils. I came up with a method that enables me to divide the time I spend teaching arithmetic into various activities. I introduce and demonstrate new concepts at the beginning of every course. I divide the class into small groups in the middle of the week based on student proficiency so that I can incorporate guided instruction and team participation.
