My teaching strategy is based on establishing a stimulating and student-centred learning environment. I use a range of approaches that are customised to each student's unique learning style, such as blended learning, which combines traditional methods with digital resources and interactive learning. I provide a wide range of topics, including vocabulary, grammar, writing techniques, reading comprehension, and speaking and listening activities. I promote active participation from students in group activities, role-plays, and discussions by stressing interactive dynamics. This helps to develop critical thinking and collaborative skills. Frequent formative evaluations, including quizzes and assignments, allows me to observe the student’s development and offer helpful feedback. To make the lessons more dynamic and interesting, I also use technology, including smartboards (when possible), educational apps, and online resources. An important component of my teaching approach is positive reinforcement, as since I think that motivating and praising the students helps them become more self-assured, confident, and driven.

Having worked as a tutor for multiple levels, thankfully, I have effectively instructed students at all academic levels, from elementary school to high school even to employees, by customising my teaching strategies to fit different age groups and skill levels. I have managed a variety of groups in the classroom and promoted an inclusive environment. I also have a lot of experience teaching online, having created successful virtual classes with tools like Zoom and Google Classroom. In addition, I have seen how my techniques have helped non-native speakers get better at the language. My objective is to establish a welcoming and encouraging learning atmosphere where each student can reach their maximum potential in terms of English language proficiency.
