I would like to provide a brief
information about my background. After
graduating from the university, I began
my career in 1999 as an English teacher
at a secondary school. Working with
students of all ages taught me to be
creative, flexible, energetic, and
extensively patient. I learned how to
inspire my students by creating a good
classroom atmosphere. After working
with so many students and experienced
teachers in the period of ten years, I
realized that I could do much more with
my career and have a great impact not
only on students but also on teachers
and other public members. Thus, I made
a decision to become a professional
trainer.
This being said, I would also like to
point out that I have always had a
passion for teaching English and helping
my learners to master the language.
Additionally, to improve my skills in
teaching I enrolled in "Pilgrims Teacher
Training" in the UK in 2010. This training
gave me, not only self-confidence but at
the same time taught me how to manage
the class effectively so it would always
be energetic and interesting. A year later
I won the "Best Teacher of the Year"
award. A month later the President of our
country awarded me with the Medal of
Progress. Additionally,in 2013 I won a
scholarship in the TEA program offered
by the US Embassy. This allowed me to
exchange teaching methods not only
with teachers from the USA but also
from different countries. Coming back to
my home country with great ambitions
and confidence, I joined the BC trainers
team. Working as a trainer for the BC
gave me chances to teach people
throughout the country.
To sum up, I would like to mention
that I have had years of experience in
teaching and have excellent
communication skills. I also have the
ability to provide highly engaging lessons
with the use of interactive methods and
online resources. I feel that I will make
my personal contribution by having been
educated and developed through diverse
and useful projects. I think I'm a good
candidate for this position because I'm a
responsible, organized, enthusiastic,
hard-working and creative person who
can do something useful for the country
and people.
