My approach has always been to make the students undersatnd that making mistake(s) is normal and that cretas an avenue for learning. As such, there's no wrong answer that way building the confidence of the learner to speak instead of keeping to themselves.

Incorporating the everyday task and activities into our daily learnings so the students build their knowledge on what they see and through cognitive learning, they try to broaden their scope of knowledge.

Study groups has proven to be helpful over times. So I plan to use this as a means to make the learning sessions an interactive one and introduce debates on topics of their choosing to make the class an interesting one as well.
