I have a great experience of teaching because I have already worked as a primary teacher for 2 years . Now, I am living in Magdeburg, Germany. Since 7 Months I have been living here. This has always been my passion to teach the students with my great efficiency and interest . My learning technique are completely unique which shows the inclusiveness, creativity, Divergent thinking, connecting classroom environment with their dailylife routine which really creates a amazing Involvement of the students and the healthier thinking routine to make them aware about their strengths and weaknesses. Diagnosing the weak areas and further working on every individual strengths which could be more effectively through remedial teaching treated. Curriculum based teaching which also includes the closed and open questions and in this way.. it breaks the fear of individual who thinks that I am afraid of leading this answer or cannot further mould it in my own views. To raise the individual needs and interesse by involving more content which are based on practical based thinking and enhances their awareness towards their learning methodes, art, development, interest, creativity , involvement , Team management, Group learning. Group learning is also a very effective learning method in my opinion which makes us to be more sozialised and becoming more extrovert. Involving the student who have a less interest could be part of group learning. In this way after some time its produce a great feedback to shine their individuality according to their own perception and what they have acquired and how it could change their mindset. The true sign of education is not intelligence but imagination.
