While teaching, I am most fulfilled when my students feel good and happy because they learnt the key points of my lectures. When they are not truly satisfied with the content of my teaching, I tell them on the next classroom, I explain to them what I have missed in the current lecture. I would describe my teaching style as coaching. Rather than offering answers to my students, I delegate the right questions, and with the help of demonstration and group activities they should find the answers. I make sure my classroom is interactive/participatory, asking questions at intervals and getting answers in order to assess concentration levels of my students and keep learning interesting thereby not boring my students. I make use of any method; teacher centered, learner centered, content centered or interactive method depending on the exercise, and what I aim to achieve at the end of each exercise. I ensure to make learning fun and easy for my students using images and objects for tasks and demonstrations, which are better for learning and understanding.
