I have been working with kids ever since I can remember and loving every second of the way they just manage to learn the things so quick. My way of doing it, is just to make the learning into a fun game, because I have noticed they tend to be less distracted when that happens. But I also tutored lder people and based on the level they have, its just easier to determinate a certain program. My lessons are not the same for everyone, I create special lessons for each other individually, because no two people are the same.
