Over 20 years' experience of international education and working with overseas students and
institutions. As part of GE Coaching, working with partner Gulsen Dikme to coach individuals, families,
organisations and professionals worldwide in English, German and Turkish .
Associate Experts of RIT University Dubai (since January 2020) and associates of Academix in Bodrum,
working with students on study/career planning with individual coaching and Belbin skills assessments.
Forthcoming work includes a Dubai—based project with Neuro-link (South Africa) around young
people’s motivation and self-awareness.
Projects and events (face to face and online) in UK, Germany, Turkey, Dubai, India, Ghana, US. Ireland.
Training delegates have included Dubai Government senior officials, as well as charities, universities
(including Ankara and Aydin) and business associations.
