I love online teaching classses most. I am able to easily assemble my students through google meets and zoom meetings. With these, I give my students simple and clear assignments based on what I have taught them. This helps me gauge, how fast my students learn and grasp new words and even utter them correctly. These ranges from Grammar, punctuations, Pronununctiations, comprehensions, Composition writing, Literature (for advaced classes only) amonngst other in-demand language skills. Apart from journalism, I have practised as a tutor in several learning institutions in my home country albeit on part time basis. It gives me great pleasure to impart knowledge and skills to my students. This is the best way to change the world and bring people together.
I also work hand in hand with students who may not be at par with me in my classes. I create extra time to attend to them individually. I appreciate the fact that there are slow and fast learners. Both must move together despite their speed of learning the language. At the end of it I administer exams. I start with a Continious Assesment Test(CAT) marked out of 30, and later after every two months I admister exams marked out of 70 to test my students ability. This makes the total to 100. It means that you can fail in the CAT but still pass the exams if you prepare well. I always advise my students to prepare well because no one fails my exams. Why should you fail after all ?
