I possess strong experience in educational quality improvement and quality management. I have served as an internal auditor for educational institutions in accordance with ISO standards. This experience has provided me with a deeper understanding of quality standards and their significance in developing an enhanced learning environment. Furthermore, I am a certified assessor for quality and excellence from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) for educational institutions.

In addition to my teaching and research endeavors, I have actively contributed to the enhancement of academic programs and course plans. I have participated in academic and educational committees, as well as quality committees within the department and college. This involvement has enabled me to play a pivotal role in the development of high-quality academic plans and course structures that align with educational standards and best practices. This collaborative approach ensures continuous improvement and the delivery of impactful education.
