Teaching english literacy classes in Australia for the last year

Hi, I’m Lauren, 27, and currently pursuing a master’s in primary school teaching online. For the past year, I've been teaching English literacy classes in Sydney and plan to move to Hamburg in April. I use the InitiaLit, MiniLit, and MacqLit programs to support primary students aged 5-12. InitiaLit focuses on phonics and fluency for early learners (ages 5-7), providing structured lessons to build foundational skills. MiniLit helps struggling readers (ages 6-8) catch up with targeted, small-group instruction. MacqLit supports older students (8-12) with vocabulary, reading comprehension, and spelling. These evidence-based programs aim to boost literacy for students at risk of falling behind, ensuring success in reading and writing.
