Online English Teacher

Greetings for the day. I am Sheela Khannu Shaikh, a master's student in molecular biotechnology at Hochschule Anhalt. I have been living here in Germany since October 2021, working on my master Thesis now. I have given IELTS in the year 2021 and achieved C1 level of English language efficacy. My master program is taught in English as well. When it comes to my German language skills, I have basic level of understanding and speaking in a colloquial way. I have taught English to one German student as a tandem partner. I am friendly, social, tolerant and open minded. I am always up for conversations and can discuss various subjects.

My English lessons usually include conversations, story writings, vocabulary and television show references. I emphasize more in conversations to make the student confident for speaking naturally. I like to go with a moderate speed. Firstly I would focus on the student's grammar, then writing with speaking. I would give a particular topic or a situation in which we both (me and the student) build a conversation, views and counter views as well.
