English tutor who also learned English as a second language

I grew up in the Philippines, where the medium of instruction is English so I have the potential to teach the language to someone who wants to be better at it. I have also worked in international environments (South Korea and Germany) where English is encouraged. I have scored 950/990 on my Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) Exam. I have also co-authored scientific articles in English ( I have also some experience (1 student in person) in private tutoring when I was in South Korea.
