Strengths and experience
1. I possess the Subject Knowledge of Mathematics Which enables me to effectively support students in their learning.
2. In terms of Communication Skills, although I'm learning German but the language I use to express myself clearly is English to explain complex concepts clearly and engage with students effectively. Which will help to assist in leading discussions, answering questions, and providing feedback.
3. I'm time conscious about being able to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks which is crucial.
4. I'm someone who is approachable and Supportive. I know in the long run It serves as a resource for clarifying doubts, addressing concerns, and providing additional guidance outside of the classroom.
5. Lastly, feedback and grading of Students is my priority. I don't like it when I am not performing or my student is not performing well so always I grade assignments and exams, providing constructive feedback to students, and helping them understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
