Imterpreter in English - Common and business English

My mother tongue is German , I lived with the Americans for two years , 1963 trough 1965 , abroad . After returning to Germany I joined an American Company in Frankfurt , ( Honeywell ) where i I used my aquired English professionally , by communicating with English and overseas affiliates of the company , perputually. I took a course for " English foreign correspondence" at the Berlitz school in Frankfurt in 1971. (Certificate available )
I had a two years fulltime study period for Marketing and Economic and then worked for an English company ( Pall Filtration ) for 11 years . After that , I was responsable for purchasing ( at Thomas and Betts ) and then in the course of restructure went to work in Brussels haedquarter for the company. Company language there was English . I have a good command of english verbally , fluent - , and I am able to read and write and translate and understand complex english texts . Also I had to negotiate about all kind of business matters ( Forecating , IT , technicaI and production planning ) during the last 40 years of my professional life . I am in German pension since 2007 and hence have sufficient time to be active besides my private life , to fulfill tasks in the area of teaching and translating . I consider English as my scond mothertongue and would like to use it also , whenever possible , during my daily life .
