I'm a native German speaker who teaches German and English as foreign languages, social sciences and political sciences. Learning German can be quite a battle and challenging. I take my hat off to everyone who makes the effort, and I would love to accompany you on this journey.
I can teach German professionally for academics, applications, and different professions. Social Sciences like sociology, psychology, pedagogy, politics and international relations can be taught up to the master's level. Additionally, I provide corrections, revisions, advice, and guidance on academic writing in German and English.

The first lesson is free so we can get to know each other. We'll see where you're coming from and what you aim for. We'll take it from there, tailoring it to your level and needs. That also includes addressing your preferred learning style, ranging from playful to interactive with a focus on communication or a more structured approach focusing on grammar, rules, professional articulation and accent reduction.
I'm open to teaching individuals as well as groups. We can then bargain the hourly rate accordingly.
If you're a native Arabic, Amharic or Spanish speaker, I'd be open to a language exchange.

I recently graduated from London and moved away for work. My studies were in international social work, politics, and international relations. I'm working in the humanitarian sector and am passionate about gender issues. Besides teaching and learning, I'm always keen on professional networking and exchanges.
