Teaching English would be an easier task for me. My methodology would be dividing the sessions into three basic modules. Firstly, I would try to improve the grammatical structure, then we will proceed with the vocabulary enrichment and in the end, we will deal with the complex sentences or passive voices

I will make interactive ppt with each lecture, so the student can learn much faster.
Learning English is not quite difficult. If we have good drip over grammatical structure, then we have already learnt around 70% of the language and we can keep on increasing our vocabulary with passage of time.
