Hello, my name is Salah Ikrichi. I am 27 years old, from Tunisia, and I hold a degree in Arabic Language, Literature, and Civilization, with a Master’s in Arabic Literature in progress. I have five years of experience teaching Arabic, working with students from different backgrounds. For example, I taught European students through the Erasmus program and learned techniques for teaching non-native speakers at Sofia University in Bulgaria. I've also taught in Tunisia, both in public schools and at an international school where I used the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum. I even taught Islamic Education and Quran and was head of a Quran club. In terms of language skills, I am fluent in Arabic and good in English. I understand and read French well but don’t speak it as much, though I am confident I can improve quickly with practice. I also studied Italian in the past, but I haven’t used it in a long time. I’m motivated to relearn Italian and develop all my languages further, which is why I’m excited about this customer service role. I believe this job will help me grow my communication skills across multiple languages, and I look forward to using my strengths in helping people and solving problems
