In summary this is how I deliver on teaching sessions to ensure that each of the student gets value for their time and effort:

1. Introduction & Warm up - Warm up activity to get students engaged & focussed but with a strong focus on the English language
2. Learning objectives clearly stated for each lesson
3. Interactive Learning and student centered activities
4.Customised lessons that focus on student's specific needs and proficiency level
5. Multimedia integration such as videos, audio clips and on-line tools to make the learning experience more engaging and diverse
6. Vocabulary and grammar practice time allocation in essential aspects of the English language such as vocabulary building, grammar rules and sentence structure
7. Reading and writing exercises to enhance students' reading and writing skills
8. Listening and speaking activities that will help students improve their pronunciation, listening comprehension and conversation fluency
9. Feedback and progress evaluation for each student to track development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
10. Encouragement and support by ensuring that the design of my class creates a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and are encouraged to grow and improve
11. Conclusion and recap with end of session summaries that reinforce learning and help students retain the information better
12. Homework and follow up through relevant assignment and follow up tasks to reinforce concepts learned in class and provide additional practice opportunities
