English Teacher - Local or On-line Einbeck-Nordheim Area

I am an experienced music teacher but would like to teach English. I am a native English speaker. Born in the Uk. My classes would be structured as follows-

1) Talk to the pupils and find out what they find difficult at School.
2) Take a look at their work
3) I would like to speak in English to them most of the time.
4) I would refer to their school books
