Over the course of my two years of teaching experience across diverse proficiency levels, I have consistently implemented effective pedagogical approaches, with a primary emphasis on the Engage-Study-Activate (ESA) framework. This framework serves as the backbone of my instructional design, ensuring a balanced and engaging learning experience for students. I employ interactive and thought-provoking activities to capture students' interest and establish a conducive learning atmosphere. These activities are designed to stimulate curiosity, foster discussions, and create a positive rapport within the classroom. I integrate creative content and materials to cater to different learning styles. Utilizing multimedia resources, real-world examples, and interactive exercises, I strive to make the learning process dynamic and relevant. This approach not only reinforces theoretical concepts but also encourages critical thinking and active participation among students.I design activities that encourage practical application of the acquired knowledge.
