I am bilingual in english and spanish and have masters and phd degrees in civil engineering. The methods I propose will increase your skills using real world examples and theory and will allow you to not only reinforce your knowledge but to be fluent in your topic of interest. A brief summary of my method and experience follows below:

My experience includes working in consulting companies and teaching at local universities, and will be applied to:
(1) real world relevance, starting with a relevant problem that requires a solution
(2) collaborative learning, encourage teamwork to enhance communication skills
(3) guided inquiry, no direct answers! rather create a problem solving framework
(4) iterative processes, follow an iterative process including brainstorming, prototyping, testing and refining solutions to the problem at hand
(5) integration of theory and practice, ensure that you connect theory knowledge and practical applications. This can be achieved by integrating lessons on relevant engineering concepts throughout the project
(6) feedback and reflection, after project completion, conduct a feedback session where you can reflect on what you learned, the challenges you faced and how you overcame them. This reinforces learning and encourages self-assessment,
and (7) presentation skills, you will present a project to a "panel" of experts. This helps develop communication skills and gain confidence in sharing your work with peers, reviewers, or even students.

This is a Project-Based Learning approach, which will allow us to create an engaging and effective learning environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking and practical skilss.
