Several assignments at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ottawa, Canada. All written material is proof read by multiple levels of authority.

Good understanding of business English, with its many nuances.

Taught English to small groups while living in Germany ( ) at the VHS Koblenz and VHS Neuwied (company site).

We would work through newspaper articles etc. Would question the students on their understanding. Would ask them to re-phrase what we just read in the past tense, for example. Would ask them to clearly describe what they had done since our last meeting, weekend activities etc.

Would have students question one another.
