²As a University of Cambridge certified TEFL teacher (CELTA), with extensive teaching experience in the public and private sectors, I believe I have the necessary qualities to join your team of dedicated professionals.
My Curriculum Vitae demonstrates that I have considerable experience teaching English to adults and young learners on a one-to-one basis and in groups of varying sizes. In addition to my proven ability to teach English at elementary, intermediate and advanced levels, the wide-ranging nature of my teaching practice indicates that I am able to tailor lessons according to students’ particular requirements. I am currently teaching Business English to professionals and have first-hand knowledge of teaching English in the French secondary school system collèges et Lycées.
Having worked in culturally diverse countries such as the United States, Japan , European countries and Latin America, I am particularly aware of the need to respect students’ cultural backgrounds and adapt teaching material accordingly. My commitment to continuing my professional development as a teacher is illustrated by my recent completion of a CELTA course that has enabled me to build on my strengths and develop additional specialised EFL techniques.
As a person who enjoys working as part of a team and places high value on providing quality tuition, I am confident that I have the necessary experience and skills to make a positive contribution to your company.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require references or any additional information. I am available for interview in person or via telephone at a time of your convenience.
Yours sincerely,
David Carranza.
