I taught for one year each in Beijing and Tokyo, ranging from all ages. I like to make the learning material as palatable as possible so am always listening to the student's preferred way of learning. For example, if they prefer something more activity based then I have a vast mental library of games and fun exercises to use! Other than that, I like conversaton-based learning and am comfortable working towards any specified goal which may entail things like drilling, pronunciation, grammar practice and phonics.
