In my teaching, I focus on two important things: helping students improve their listening skills and creating visual maps in their minds to understand concepts better. I believe in explaining things clearly so that students can truly grasp the material.
I also use interactive activities and audio materials to enhance listening abilities, making it easier for students to understand different accents and words. I also teach students how to organize information in their minds by using diagrams and maps. This helps them see connections and remember what they learn.
Moreover, I create a friendly and collaborative classroom where students can ask questions and participate actively.
When teaching Spanish, I incorporate fun cultural elements like TV shows and music. We discuss episodes, analyze song lyrics, and explore Spanish culture.
By making learning enjoyable and relatable, from my point of view, studentsa are more empowered to succeed academically and develop a genuine appreciation for the language and culture we study together.
During my experience as a teacher, I have worked with children of various ages, ranging from young learners to 18-year-old adolescents. I have teached a a wide range of subjects, covering the entire academic curriculum. My focus has been on providing support and academic reinforcement to students, aiming to help them reach to pass their exams.
