My teaching is hands on and dynamic. Starting day one we will be having conversations, learning through hearing podcasts and watching videos and learning through lyrics and other media forms. Of course I also engage with more traditional forms of learning, such as exercises, tests and homework, but I believe there are complementary and not to be the main focus of the learning experience.
I use various tools for creating interesting classes, such as collaborative whiteboards, shared folders and a wide range of videos, podcasts, songs, movies and other media formats to support the teaching. I understand learning a new language can be a daunting experience, but my method is based on repetition without fatigue. Think about it. What is better? Repeating the same exercises over and over again, or learn words by hearing and reading them in many contexts, recognizing them and instantly memorizing?
Hope we get to have our first sessions soon and please contact me if you have any questions.
