I first get the info of the teams/ people/ person the classes are meant for. Based on the level they already have, I plan the material and create a learning roadmap for them. I follow that plan taking in account the frequency of the lessons. It depends a lot on each case, but the classes are mostly starting up with a topic or rubric, where we do activities about it, while learning. Quizes are gong to be set in this roadmap, as to set milestones. Week after week, we follow up on different topics, but always with a conducting thread through all of them.
The lessons are not technical nor grammatic details and old school teaching are going to be on the spotlight. For I am no certified teacher. I'm just a languages lover.
I believe that people learn a lot more when they forget they are in an actual lesson. That creates a safe space where mistakes are okay, and everyone can learn from them in a fun way.
