Wirtschaftslehrer, der Teenagern die Grundkonzepte der Unternehmensführung beibringt

I have been a high school teacher for twelve years in Romania. I have taught my students about business administration (business processes, the main resources needed, human resources management, financial analysis, professional communication). I have experience in managing all educational processes: planning, teaching and evaluation. As a teacher i have planned the learning activities, designed the learning content by using different educational resources including technical resources. I have also set educational goals and designed the appropriate tasks in order to help the students achieve those goals with minimum effort. I have then create the evaluation instruments that helped me and my students asses their level of knowledge and whether they achieved the learning objectives.
