is a technique that teaches you to experience more with little in a fluid and effortless way of movement. We intentionally explore non-habitual actions and movements. It's fun! And weird. It remodels the nervous system without focusing on stretching and strengthening and without trying to put the body in a certain pose.
Benefits of Somatic Movement
In awareness through slow and small movements, the forgotten and deactivated neural networks are communicating again. While moving the body with unusual small movements, in this session, where we get rid of unnecessary muscle tension and open to a more coordinated and free area of movements, parts of the body that feel disconnected and separate regain their integrity. Somatic exercise is like medicine with its unique approach to the body in our age, where intensity and effort are too important. It will teach you how to move better and with less pain.
