I hold a Higher National Diploma Certificate, Post Graduate Certificate, Bachelors Degree (Hon) Certificate in Government and Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration Certificate majoring in Human Resources Mgt. Presently, I am a PhD Student and a Lecturer at the BSBI, Berlin Germany since June 2022; with a passion for teaching, mentoring and coaching people. I have corporate human resources generalist experience spanning over 13years in the banking sector as well and even while working as a human resources business partner/people champion/change agent, I was heavily involved in new employee induction training and mentorship.
