I am experienced in building and implementing marketing strategy across various regions. While planning and implementing customer experience touchpoints, I have worked cross functionally with teams such as product, IT and operations to launch & implement product enhancements, which improved customer experience and satisfaction. I believe that data shows a real insight of customer behavior, hence I start anything with data, not assumptions. I believe my understanding of customer pain points and experience in different industries would bring a greater value to my students and prepare them for their future in marketing.
