Introduction

In my classes, I use a combination of different teaching methods to ensure that students develop both language skills and confidence in English. My focus is on the ESA (Engage, Study, Activate) method, which allows students to actively engage in the learning process.

Teaching Methods:
I begin each lesson with the “Engage” phase to spark students’ interest and create a relaxed learning atmosphere. During this phase, I typically use visual aids, small games, or free discussions to motivate students. In the “Study” phase, I teach new concepts like grammar or vocabulary and always pay attention to the individual needs of the students. The “Activate” phase focuses on the practical application of what they’ve learned, usually through role-playing, discussions, or creative tasks, so students can use their new knowledge in real-life contexts.

Content:
The lesson content is tailored to each student’s needs. Whether it’s improving conversation skills, learning new vocabulary, or understanding texts, I use a variety of materials and topics that are both interesting and challenging. The goal is to allow students to apply their skills in practical, real-world scenarios.

Lesson Dynamics:
My classes are interactive and dynamic. I encourage open communication so students can freely express their thoughts. Throughout the process, I make sure each student actively participates and has enough opportunities to speak. I ensure students stay motivated with continuous feedback and positive encouragement.

Teaching Experience:
With completed training in Teaching Training Courses (TTC) and a strong passion for English, I have taught various groups of students. By using a flexible approach and diverse teaching methods, I am able to support students with different needs.

My goal is not only to teach language but to boost students’ confidence so they feel secure in their English skills and achieve their goals.
