Currrently i am an MBA student at IU berlin. I have 3+ years of working experiance in an MNC as a quality Analyst. I have attended client calls and managed a team as a part of my previous work. Hence i am pretty much aware of how the native English speakers speak and can help the students improve their knowledge level.
My teaching methods basically focuses on making the students understand English grammer and will also have a talking session to improve the fluency. I prefer giving one on one session with the students in order to understand their level of knowledge which would help me to have a better understanding of the students and their knowledge level,
To make the students actively interact in the class, i prefer conducting interactive sessions, games based on learning the English vocabulary (word puzzle), group discussions etc.
