American English, how we speak the language in the real world

I am a native speaker from the US and I have been a freelance business and private English coach for the past 7 years. Also, I worked in the aerospace industry for over 25 years and the IT industry for over 5 years. I help my clients/students identify their weak areas and improve them. I do not follow the typical pedagogical approach to teaching but more on real-world usage of our language. Real communication comes from actually talking because anything can be a lesson and therefore an opportunity to address grammar and pronunciation challenges. When you're relaxed, you'll learn faster.
