My teaching approach is centered on engagement, critical thinking, and practical application, ensuring that students not only grasp theoretical concepts but also develop the skills necessary for real-world challenges. With experience in innovation management, entrepreneurship, and AI ethics, I design and deliver lessons that integrate interactive discussions, case studies, and hands-on problem-solving exercises to foster deep understanding.

I emphasize a learner-centric approach, tailoring content to different student backgrounds and learning styles. My teaching methodology incorporates experiential learning, where students actively engage in simulations, group projects, and industry-related problem-solving. By using real-world business cases and startup scenarios, I encourage students to think strategically, analyze risks, and develop innovative solutions.
