I teach based on learners centered learning environment. I prefer to put my students in the center of learning process and make all the goals and learning outcomes based on students needs and requirements. teaching should happen inside and out side of the classroom, that is why assignments and homeworks play an important role in learning process.

I have eight years of experience working with adults and children teaching them English language. teaching a language involves more practical work, active and interactive learning.

based on my two years of online education experience, the most important part of online teaching is to keep your students engaged and active during synchronous classes. this can be achieved with active learning methods and to provide interactive content for the students.
