Being in close contact with the students I get deep insights into their learning difficulties which helps me identify areas to focus on in my teaching practices. Also being an EFL myself and speaking multiple languages I understand that learning a second or foreign language can be a daunting task, so reflecting on my own learning and breaking the process into chunks, and by providing constructive feedback and constant support I believe students can achieve their goals.
My teaching philosophy connects learning the language for integration, i.e., students are taking a step further to take part into the society where they live, and they will feel closer to the local people by understanding their culture and lifestyle while exchanging their rich experiences and cultural aspects. By helping students achieve that, I feel that I will be contributing to the success of their future projects and their lives overall.
